1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, breadcrumbs, flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together.
Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot over medium heat.
Fry the mac and cheese bites in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
