8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup diced jalapeños (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled sausage, green onions, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For a spicier dip, increase the amount of jalapeños.
This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
