No-Bake Coffee Cheesecake

A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake coffee cheesecake that is perfect for coffee lovers.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the cooled brewed coffee, vanilla extract, and instant coffee granules to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the coffee mixture until fully combined.
  7. Pour the coffee cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of instant coffee granules.
