2 ripe peaches, sliced
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
1 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Arrange the peach slices on a serving platter.
Layer the mozzarella slices on top of the peaches.
Tuck fresh basil leaves between the peach and mozzarella layers.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
