Ingredients

Scale

1 package (18.5 ounces) peanut butter cookie mix
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 large egg
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter cookie mix, creamy peanut butter, egg, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.
Stir the ingredients together until a soft dough forms and all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped roasted peanuts evenly throughout the dough.
Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a fork, creating a crisscross pattern on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
