1 sheet of puff pastry
2 apples
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of apricot jam
Flour for dusting
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into strips.
Slice the apples thinly and toss them with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar.
Arrange the apple slices along the edge of the puff pastry strips, overlapping them slightly.
Fold the bottom of the pastry strip up to cover the bottom of the apple slices.
Roll the pastry strip into a rose shape and place it in a muffin tin.
Brush the tops with apricot jam.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a more intense flavor, you can add vanilla extract to the apple mixture.
