1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup chopped pecans (for coating)

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans until fully coated.
Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the mixture.
This cheese ball can be made a day in advance for convenience.
