  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, butter, and heavy cream over medium heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  5. Add white chocolate chips and mix until fully melted and smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  7. Let it cool at room temperature for about 2 hours, then refrigerate until set.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
