Pumpkin Honey Bun Cake

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  6. Drizzle half of the honey over the batter.
  7. Pour the remaining batter on top and drizzle with the remaining honey.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
