Purple Sticky Rice

Instructions

  1. Rinse the purple sticky rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

  3. Drain the soaked rice and place it in a pot with 2 cups of fresh water and a pinch of salt.
  4. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.
