A simple and delicious roasted cabbage recipe that brings out the natural sweetness and adds a crispy texture to the cabbage wedges. Perfect as a side dish for any meal.

1 medium green cabbage (about 2 pounds), cut into 8 wedges
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
Place the cabbage wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Brush each wedge evenly with olive oil on all sides.
Sprinkle the kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder evenly over the cabbage wedges.
Roast the cabbage in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the edges are browned and crispy and the cabbage is tender.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
