8 ounces of mozzarella balls
8 slices of salami
16 black olives
1 tablespoon of toothpicks
Instructions
Cut each slice of salami in half.
Wrap each mozzarella ball with a half slice of salami.
Insert a toothpick into each salami-wrapped mozzarella ball.
Place a black olive on top of each mozzarella ball to create the ‘pupil’ of the eyeball.
Arrange the salami mozzarella eyeballs on a serving platter and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier version, use pepperoni instead of salami.
These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until serving.
