Pretzel Sandwiches

Soft pretzel rolls layered with sliced turkey breast, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard sauce. No cooking required for assembly; pretzels are baked beforehand.

4 soft pretzel rolls
8 slices sliced turkey breast
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 lettuce leaves
8 tomato slices
4 tablespoons honey mustard sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake soft pretzel rolls for 12-15 minutes until warm and slightly glossy on the crust. Let cool slightly.
Slice each pretzel roll in half horizontally.
Spread 1 tablespoon honey mustard sauce on the bottom half of each roll.
Layer 2 slices of turkey breast on each bottom half.
Add 1 slice Swiss cheese over the turkey.
Place 1 lettuce leaf and 2 tomato slices on top.
Cover with the top half of the pretzel roll.
Cut sandwiches diagonally and arrange two on a rectangular white plate with a small ramekin of honey mustard sauce for dipping.
