4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 package (6 ounces) herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Spray the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the chicken breasts evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, combine the stuffing mix, chopped onion, chopped celery, dried parsley flakes, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
Add the condensed cream of chicken soup and chicken broth to the stuffing mixture. Stir until well combined.
Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 4 1/2 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and the stuffing is tender.
Carefully remove the chicken and stuffing from the slow cooker and serve warm.
