1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 slider buns
8 slices cheddar cheese
1/2 cup dill pickle slices
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, making sure they are well coated.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 4 1/2 hours, or until the chicken is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the sauce.
Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and toast them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
To assemble the sliders, place a generous amount of shredded BBQ chicken on the bottom half of each slider bun.
Top the chicken with a slice of cheddar cheese and 2-3 dill pickle slices.
Cover with the top half of the slider bun and serve immediately.
