Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • Capers for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, dill, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on each slice of baguette.
  3. Top with a slice of smoked salmon.
  4. Add a slice of cucumber on top of the salmon.
  5. Garnish with capers and additional dill if desired.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
