  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, add sour cream and flour, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top of the batter and use a knife to swirl it into a spiderweb pattern.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, drizzle melted white chocolate in a spiderweb pattern on top.

Notes

  • For a more intense chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate syrup.
  • Ensure the cheesecake is completely cooled before refrigerating to prevent cracks.
