  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Red and green sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream and heavy cream.
  5. Gradually add the cream mixture to the cream cheese mixture, blending until smooth.
  6. In another bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
  7. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups.
  8. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crusts.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  10. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  11. Top with red and green sprinkles before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • These cheesecakes can be made a day in advance.
  • Feel free to add your favorite toppings like fruit or chocolate.
