  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the sour cream and flour until smooth.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie crust.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
