Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese Casserole

  • 2 cans of tomato soup
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the tomato soup and milk until well combined.
  3. Spread a layer of the soup mixture in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  4. Layer half of the bread slices on top of the soup mixture.
  5. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the bread.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining soup mixture, bread, and cheese.
  7. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
