Ingredients

Scale

1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3 bananas)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice into thick even pieces and arrange slightly overlapping on a rectangular white ceramic plate.
