Ingredients

Potstickers (dumplings filled with ground pork and cabbage)
Chicken broth
Soy sauce
Fresh ginger slices
Garlic
Green onions
Baby bok choy
Sesame oil

Instructions

Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot.
Add fresh ginger slices and garlic; simmer for 5 minutes to infuse the broth.
Add potstickers to the simmering broth and cook according to package instructions until tender and cooked through.
Add baby bok choy to the pot and simmer for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
Stir in soy sauce to taste.
Ladle soup into deep white bowls, ensuring dumplings are submerged.
Garnish with sliced green onions and a drizzle of sesame oil before serving.
