1 cup cottage cheese, drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large egg
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the drained cottage cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, egg, almond flour, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Using wet hands or a spatula, spread the dough into a 10-inch circle about 1/4 inch thick.
