2 tablespoons almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg
2 tablespoons mashed ripe banana
2 tablespoons erythritol sweetener
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
In a microwave-safe mug, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder. Stir well to mix.
Add the egg, mashed banana, erythritol, melted butter, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the dry ingredients in the mug. Stir thoroughly until a smooth batter forms.
