1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions

In a microwave-safe mug or bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until a smooth batter forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
Microwave the mixture on high for 1 minute. Check the muffin for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
If needed, microwave in additional 10-second intervals until fully cooked but avoid overcooking to keep the muffin moist.
Let the muffin cool for 2 minutes before eating.
