Ingredients

Scale

2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed and wings separated at the joint
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried oregano, dried parsley, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper to create the Italian seasoning mixture.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss thoroughly to coat each wing evenly with the seasoning mixture.
Place the seasoned wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry the wings at 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes.
After 12 minutes, carefully flip each wing and continue cooking for an additional 12-13 minutes until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Check for doneness by ensuring the internal temperature of the wings reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for 3 minutes before serving.
