Grilled Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

A simple and delicious recipe for perfectly grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts, seasoned with a basic blend of spices and cooked to juicy perfection.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix together the kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Brush both sides of each chicken breast with olive oil.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast, pressing lightly to adhere.
Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill.
Grill the chicken for 6 minutes on the first side without moving them.
Flip the chicken breasts and grill for an additional 6 minutes on the other side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
