Air Fryer Salmon with Soy Sauce

A quick and flavorful air fryer salmon recipe marinated in a savory soy sauce glaze, perfect for a healthy and delicious meal.

Ingredients

Scale

2 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon chopped green onions, for garnish
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
Cook the salmon at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and spoon any remaining marinade over the top.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
