12 ounces raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
In a separate bowl, toss the green beans with a small pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes.
After 6 minutes, add the green beans to the air fryer basket with the shrimp. Cook for an additional 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
