Air Fryer Tilapia

A quick and healthy recipe for perfectly cooked tilapia fillets in the air fryer. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, seasoned simply with lemon and herbs.

2 tilapia fillets (about 6 ounces each), skinless and boneless
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of the tilapia fillets with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the tilapia fillets.
Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the tilapia in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the tilapia from the air fryer and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
