These Mini Turkey Meatloaves are a delicious and healthy twist on the classic meatloaf. Perfectly portioned for individual servings, they are easy to make and packed with flavor. Ideal for a family dinner or meal prep.
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup ketchup, divided
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture evenly into six portions and shape each portion into a mini loaf.
Place the mini meatloaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a lightly greased baking dish.
Spread about 1 teaspoon of ketchup over the top of each mini meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the oven and let the mini meatloaves rest for 5 minutes before serving.
