Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup whole milk
1 large egg
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, fresh breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, whole milk, egg, chopped onion, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and dried basil.
Use your hands or a spoon to mix all ingredients together until just combined. Do not overmix to keep the meatloaf tender.
Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan (9×5 inches) and shape it evenly into a loaf.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard to make the glaze.
Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
