1 pound lean beef sirloin, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, gochujang, and black pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
Add the thinly sliced beef sirloin to the marinade. Toss to coat all pieces evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
Remove the beef from the marinade, letting excess drip off.
