Maple Glazed Sheet Pan Salmon

A simple and delicious maple glazed salmon baked on a sheet pan for easy cleanup. The sweet and savory glaze perfectly complements the tender, flaky salmon.

Ingredients

Scale

4 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 lemon, thinly sliced

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared sheet pan, spacing them evenly.
Brush the maple glaze generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
Arrange lemon slices on top of and around the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The glaze should be caramelized but not burnt.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
