A quick and healthy air fryer recipe featuring tender shrimp and crisp asparagus, seasoned with garlic and lemon for a flavorful meal ready in under 20 minutes.

12 ounces raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, asparagus pieces, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss well to coat evenly.
Place the shrimp and asparagus mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
Cook in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even crisping.
Remove the shrimp and asparagus from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish.
Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with lemon zest. Toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
