Air Fryer Shrimp and Broccoli

A quick and healthy air fryer recipe featuring perfectly cooked shrimp and tender broccoli with a flavorful garlic lemon seasoning.

12 ounces raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 ounces fresh broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, 1 tablespoon olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
In a separate bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Place the broccoli florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, add the seasoned shrimp on top of the broccoli in the air fryer basket. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Check that the shrimp are opaque and cooked through and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
