1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce.
Add 1 tablespoon rice vinegar and 1 tablespoon brown sugar to the bowl and whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
Stir in 2 teaspoons sesame oil, 3 cloves minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger.
Season the marinade with 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, mixing well to combine all ingredients evenly.
Use immediately to marinate sliced steak for at least 30 minutes before stir frying, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
