1.5 pounds chicken tenderloins
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

Place the chicken tenderloins in the bottom of the crock pot in a single layer.
In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken tenderloins.
Pour the chicken broth over the chicken in the crock pot.
Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the chicken.
Cover the crock pot with the lid and cook on low for 3 to 3.5 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken tenderloins from the crock pot using tongs.
