A quick and flavorful air fryer salmon recipe infused with fresh ginger, garlic, and a hint of soy sauce for a deliciously tender and aromatic dish.

Ingredients

Scale

2 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine grated fresh ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, sesame oil, black pepper, and salt. Stir well to create the marinade.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Use a spoon or your hands to coat the salmon evenly. Let it marinate for 8 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not touching.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer using a spatula. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
