1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish skin-side down.
Season the salmon fillets evenly with salt and black pepper.
