1 box lemon cake mix (about 15.25 ounces)
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs.
Add the fresh lemon juice and lemon zest to the mixture.
