1 cup vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

Place the rolled oats in a food processor and pulse until they reach a fine flour-like consistency.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the processed oats, vanilla whey protein powder, whole wheat flour, almond flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
Whisk all the dry ingredients together until evenly mixed.
