1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon cold water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
2 green onions, thinly sliced
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, water, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the teriyaki sauce.
In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch with cold water until smooth and set aside.
