Low Carb Sweet Potato Fries Air Fryer

Crispy and delicious low carb sweet potato fries made quickly in the air fryer. Perfect as a healthy snack or side dish with minimal oil and carbs.

1 medium sweet potato (about 6 ounces), peeled and cut into 1/4 inch thick fries
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Place the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
Cook the fries at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
Check for desired crispiness and cook an additional 2-3 minutes if necessary.
Remove fries from the air fryer and serve immediately.
