Pepperoni Pizza Bread

A delicious and easy-to-make Pepperoni Pizza Bread featuring a soft bread base topped with marinara sauce, melted mozzarella cheese, and spicy pepperoni slices. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.

1 loaf (16 oz) Italian bread
1 cup marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
30 slices pepperoni
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the Italian bread loaf in half lengthwise to create two flat halves.
Place the bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
Brush the cut sides of the bread with 1 tablespoon olive oil evenly.
Spread 1 cup marinara sauce evenly over the two bread halves.
Sprinkle 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Arrange 30 slices of pepperoni evenly on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon dried oregano and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder evenly over the pepperoni.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into pieces.
