Zero Carb Garlic Bread

A delicious zero carb garlic bread alternative made with cheese and almond flour, perfect for those following a low-carb or ketogenic diet.

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and almond flour.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the cheese and almond flour mixture onto the parchment paper and flatten it into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
While the base is baking, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
Remove the baked cheese base from the oven and brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes before slicing into 4 pieces.
Serve warm and enjoy your zero carb garlic bread.
