A creamy, high-protein chicken dip perfect for parties or snacks. Packed with shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, and cheese, this dip is both delicious and nutritious.

2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and chopped celery.
Add the hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve warm with vegetable sticks, whole grain crackers, or baked pita chips.
