Delicious and refreshing frozen yogurt treats made in a muffin tin, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert. These easy-to-make frozen yogurt cups combine creamy yogurt with fresh fruit for a delightful bite-sized treat.
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup strawberries, diced
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup kiwi, peeled and diced
1/4 cup granola
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
Place the muffin tin on a flat surface and lightly spray or grease each muffin cup to prevent sticking.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about halfway.
Add a few pieces of diced strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi on top of the yogurt in each cup.
Top each muffin cup with an additional 1 to 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture, covering the fruit completely.
Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of granola on top of each filled muffin cup.
Place the muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until the yogurt is completely frozen.
To serve, run a butter knife around the edges of each frozen yogurt cup to loosen them from the muffin tin, then gently pop them out.
Enjoy immediately or store the frozen yogurt treats in an airtight container in the freezer.
