Air Fryer Chicken Breast

A simple and healthy recipe for juicy, tender chicken breasts cooked quickly in an air fryer. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or meal prep.

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of each chicken breast with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
Cook the chicken breasts for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through at 7-8 minutes.
Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should read 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
