Crispy Air Fryer Shrimp

A quick and easy recipe for crispy, perfectly cooked shrimp using an air fryer. Ready in under 20 minutes, this shrimp is seasoned with garlic and paprika for a flavorful, healthy appetizer or main dish.

1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
Cook the shrimp in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to flip the shrimp.
Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and transfer to a serving bowl.
Drizzle the fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve immediately as an appetizer or over rice or salad for a main dish.
